Apartments W1 and W2 in the Kleist building, each with approximately 40 m² of living space, feature a bright living area with a kitchenette, dining area, and cosy seating area. The apartments are equipped with a TV and stereo system. Each apartment includes a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. You also have direct access to the sunny terrace from the living area.

Bedding and towels are included as part of the basic amenities.
Pets are welcome by arrangement. .
The apartments are smoke-free!
A parking space is available on the property.

The Haus Kleist family guesthouse is located in a quiet area near the Darß Forest, very close to the North Beach of the Baltic Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the Darß Museum, the “Kiek In” cultural centre, and the stops for the horse-drawn carriages and buggies. The Darßbahn train station is also right nearby. From here, you can easily set out on excursions to the Darß Forest, the wild and romantic Weststrand, or the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. Enjoy the proximity to the forest and the beach, and make your stay at Haus Kleist the perfect base for hiking or biking.

Gute und saubere Unterkunft. Angemessener Preis. Ruhige Wohngegend. In 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum von Prerow bzw. Hauptstrand. Nächstgelegene Restaurants nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt.

Hatten nun zum ersten Mal eine FeWo gemietet, nachdem wir oft zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit in einem Zimmer wohnten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen, geräumig für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Das Kinderreisebett war bereits aufgebaut, sehr lieb! Das Bad hat eine große Dusche. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, Spülmaschine vermissten wir nicht, alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das Frühstück war wie immer lecker, selbst gemachte Marmelade inclusive. Die Entfernungen zum Strand sind kurz, alles gut ausgeschildert. Die veränderte Verkehrsführung in der Waldstraße macht es sicherer. Unsere Enkeltochter war begeistert, von allem, Personal und Gäste sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Die Wohnung war sauber, es gibt keinen Backofen und keine Spülmaschine. Das Bad ist relativ neu mit großer Dusche. Minuspunkte für den verwohnten Teppichfussboden im Schlafzimmer . Auch die Gemeinschaftsterrasse muss man mögen.

Ich suchte für eine gebuchte Malreise kurzfristig eine Unterkunft und habe diese Wohnung gefunden. Sehr gepflegt, zentral gelegen und trotzdem herrlich ruhig, der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Wald und an den Strand. Leider war sie nur für die 1 Woche noch frei, wir hätten sie sofort noch eine weitere Woche gebucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
