Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with TV (flat screen). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Covered balcony. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
