Welcome to this cosy 45 m² suite, recently renovated. Located in a quiet residential area, you are only 10 minutes from the centre of Périgueux and the A89 motorway. You have independent access via a separate entrance at the back of the house, with the room situated upstairs.



You have a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140), as well as a single bed and a baby bed available on request. The suite includes a lounge area with a corner sofa, coffee table, television, storage space, and a table with chairs to enjoy your breakfast in peace, overlooking the park.



At your disposal: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small fridge, basic dishes, with a microwave and hotplate available on request. Amenities include fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, a television, and self check-in for more flexibility. There is no kitchen. A courtesy tray is included. A basic breakfast is provided for self-service in your room or in the garden, including coffee, tea, sugar, fruit juice, and biscuits (not served).



The suite has a shower and separate toilet accessible from the bedroom. Bed linen, towels, soap, and shampoo are provided for your comfort.
