Suite Maraval homestay: cosy, air-conditioned with garden and pool access in Périgueux

Welcome to Suite Maraval, a peaceful retreat in the heart of Périgord. This cosy 45 m² suite, recently and carefully furnished, offers you all the comfort of a private accommodation just 10 minutes from Périgueux's historic center and the A89 motorway.



Enjoy independent access to your suite through a private entrance at the back of the house. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), plus a single pull-out bed and a baby cot available on request. The living area includes a corner sofa, TV, and breakfast table, creating a warm and inviting space. Bed linen, bath and pool towels, soap, and shampoo are provided.



Breakfast is self-served (not provided). At your disposal: coffee, tea, milk, fruit juice, biscuits, and crispbreads. Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, hotplate, and fridge are available. Please note: no kitchen.



A mobile air conditioner with night mode ensures cool, quiet nights, and an extra fan is provided. Fibre Wi-Fi and TV are included.



Outside, relax on your private terrace in the garden. You have free access to the pool. As the pool is located in front of our living areas, we kindly ask you to respect the peace of the place so everyone enjoys their stay.



Two on-site parking spaces and a ping-pong table are available. Events are not allowed.



Shops are 5 minutes away by car. Walking trails are nearby. Discover Périgueux, its Saint-Front Cathedral, local markets, renowned Périgord gastronomy, and exceptional prehistoric sites in the area.
