Wohnung war Neubau, war in vielen hinsichten gut. Nachts ist durch automatische Belüftung alle 2 min. laut.Bayrische Freundlichkeit mit falsche Adresse. Staub, Spinnen etc. Eigentlich wegen Freundlichkeit müsste man 2 geben.
