The apartment is on the upper floor and accessible via a steel staircase with handrail; a rubber tread is provided for dogs. There is a bathroom with a large shower and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. High-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, private TV, heating, and a fireplace in the living room ensure comfort on cooler evenings.



For outdoor relaxation, you have your own balcony, a covered terrace, and the fenced shared garden with garden furniture. A private barbecue is available for outdoor grilling. There is also a communal conservatory where you can store and charge bicycles.
