Welcome to the Storchenblick holiday rental: a spacious, ground-floor apartment in a rural setting with a well-equipped, modern kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a guest bathroom, and a furnished terrace overlooking the natural surroundings —and a stork’s nest behind the house, which is inhabited by storks every spring and summer.

Located in the annex of a large farmhouse, you can relax in nearly 65 square metres of space: the bathroom, with natural light, a toilet, shower, and sink, is just off the spacious entryway. The living room is furnished with a sofa, an electric recliner, a TV, and a dining table. Two bedrooms branch off from here: The large bedroom features a wardrobe and two large beds (1.40 x 2.00 m): which can be arranged separately or joined together with a mattress bridge, depending on the guests’ preference. The bright sunroom is not separated from the living room by a door but can also be used as a bedroom: it contains an additional bed (0.90 x 2.00 m). This means there is comfortable sleeping space for up to three adults. Especially family-friendly: children up to age 10 stay for free.

The kitchen is located behind the living room; it is newly installed and fully equipped: it includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. A small utility room with plenty of storage space, an entryway with a washing machine and dryer, and the guest bathroom all lead off the kitchen. From here, you can also access the large patio, which is equipped with a patio umbrella, a garden table and chairs, and two lounge chairs. Upon request, you can also use the landlords’ garden: there is a play structure for children, there’s plenty of space to run around or sit, and the free-range chickens and cockerel, as well as the ponies and cows—which are usually grazing in the pasture behind the house—and, of course, the storks in the summer, invite you to watch them.

You can park directly in the yard, and bicycles can be stored in the lockable shed.

The rental price includes bed linens and towels, Wi-Fi, parking, and utility costs. A flat fee is charged for final cleaning. Pets are not allowed. 



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
