Spend your holiday in a central location between the popular natural regions of the Harz and Solling—ideal for hiking, biking, and unwinding! Our stylish “Happy Life” holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a two-family home that was completely renovated in 2022, in a quiet area in Northeim. Spanning a generous 75 m², this thoughtfully designed apartment features two cosy bedrooms, a modern living room with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The apartment is air-conditioned, warmly furnished, and perfectly suited for families or small groups—it comfortably accommodates up to five people in total. You’ll enjoy the privacy of an entire floor to yourselves with a separate entrance. Please note that access is via an interior staircase and there are two small steps inside the apartment (leading to the bathroom and the children’s room).

The apartment features high-quality amenities that will make your stay especially comfortable: Both bedrooms feature new double beds (1.80 x 2 m); the master bedroom includes a double-layered comfort mattress in a box-spring style. A travel cot is also available in the children’s room—ideal for families with toddlers. The living room, equipped with a flat-screen TV and a PlayStation 3, is perfect for relaxing evenings. The kitchen has everything you could need: a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and plenty of cooking utensils, silverware, and children’s tableware. A dining table with five chairs and a high chair are provided. In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower and an inviting bathtub—perfect for unwinding after an active day. Child-safe outlets and bike storage round out the amenities. Wi-Fi, information on shopping, doctors, and recreational activities are clearly laid out in our guest folder. You’ll receive the key directly from us—in person or contactlessly by arrangement. We look forward to welcoming you and to your review!



On-site fees: A prepayment equal to the total amount will be charged after booking.Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible by arrangement. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site.Pets are allowed for a fee of €20 per pet per stay.
