Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offer unobstructed ocean views from nearly every angle—whether you’re cooking or waking up after a restful night in the comfortable box-spring bed. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, the 65-square-meter, two-story beach villa—with its spacious rooftop terrace and veranda—is always bright and inviting, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Even if the weather outside turns unpleasant and a cool sea breeze blows in, the cosy underfloor heating and the crackling wood-burning stove quickly bring a sense of comfort within the villa’s four walls.
