Holiday Home 'Gîte Du Poisson Rouge' with Private Terrace and Large Grounds

Gîte Fanoli presents this peaceful 60 m² stone house in Molamboz, accommodating up to 5 guests and suitable year-round.



The house features one bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and a 90x190 single bed, plus a living room with a sofa bed (140x190) for extra sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower.



Amenities for your comfort include a wood-burning fireplace, barbecue, and, on request, a multi-crepe maker and fondue and raclette sets.



The garden is perfect for relaxing, dining, playing, or barbecues, with a lovely view of the grounds, a fish pond, and surrounding fields.



Parking is on the property with 6 shared spaces. Pets are welcome if not left alone in the house and for an additional fee. Events are not permitted.



Located at the edge of the village, the house offers a very quiet setting, ideal for unwinding. Board games, books, a DVD player, and many DVDs are available (no TV channels). 4G is accessible in the village, and WiFi is available on the owners’ terrace. Food and household products are included and should be replaced if used. Baby equipment is available on request.



Fishing enthusiasts can get tips on the best spots from the host. Many hiking and cycling trails start from the house.



For an extra fee, bed linen and/or towels can be rented, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
