This 2-room, country-style apartment offers a cosy atmosphere in a traditional Allgäu setting across 38 square metres. The ground-level entrance provides convenient access without stairs; all rooms are on one level.

The living area features a cosy couch corner, a dining area, and a new flat-screen TV with cable. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic cooktop, stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and other kitchen appliances.

Additional amenities include an entryway with a coat rack, a bathroom with a shower/toilet, a hair dryer, and a shaving mirror, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a mini-safe. The balcony is furnished with four chairs, a table, umbrellas, and a clothes rack. A parking space is available.

The cross-country ski trail is located directly across from the accommodation. The apartment is non-smoking, accommodates two people, and is pet-free. Wi-Fi is available.



Our holiday complex is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Missen-Wilhams in the beautiful Allgäu region of Bavaria.

Here you’ll find well-equipped holiday apartments and holiday homes with living areas ranging from 34 to 94 square metres. The properties are privately owned and have been lovingly and individually furnished by the owner.

The holiday village features a playground for children with a sandpit, a climbing frame, and swings—a great place for kids to make new friends.

Bedding and towels are not included in this accommodation but can be requested after booking (bedding €12.00, towel €2.30, bath towel €2.50, kitchen towel €1.10).

A washing machine and dryer are available at the front desk for a fee.

An internet and phone connection is not available in every apartment and is not included in the lease agreement. Outages and malfunctions do not entitle you to a rent reduction.

The apartments are rented out exclusively on behalf of and for the account of the respective owners.
The lease agreement is concluded with the apartment owner.
