Schwalefeld's town center, with its restaurants and village shop, is just a few minutes' walk away. Willingen's town center, with its top-notch leisure activities, is approximately 4 km away, and Lake Diemelsee is just a 10-minute drive away (10 km). The Jägerheim is a maisonette holiday accommodation for 6 people with a gallery, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and Wi-Fi. The entire property was lovingly renovated for the 2025 season and features high-quality furnishings in natural wood design. This elegant apartment impresses with its luxurious ambiance, including a patio, shared garden, shared outdoor pool & sauna, and a beautiful Upland mountain panorama. The apartment is located in a secluded hillside location in Schwalefeld with a panoramic view of the Upland mountains. Situated on a secluded hillside, the apartment is one story downhill from the street.

As a precautionary measure regarding Willingen's party tourism, we would like to point out that we value sophisticated guests and do not welcome or tolerate "excessive socializing" – such as parties, loud music, and other boisterous celebrations, both indoors and outdoors! If you enjoy yourself in the bars and restaurants, but behave appropriately in the apartment and show consideration for the neighbors, you are welcome guests. We ask for an objective self-assessment as to whether you are a good fit for us. Please also be sure to observe Section 12 of our !
No rentals to pure party clubs, stag or hen parties, "social" sports clubs, or twenty-something groups under 30!

All prices are for 6 people and include bed linen (made beds), towels, and final cleaning. You can also use the heated outdoor pool free of charge during the summer months and the sauna year-round.

Please be sure to observe the following:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays, as we don't want to "cut up" busy weekends. Therefore, please arrive on Friday or Sunday instead of Saturday.

For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €120, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage premium for work on Sundays and public holidays, based on collective agreements. This means: For Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base rate per night specified for the respective season multiplied by 7, even though the price calculator may calculate a discount.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping: Arrival only possible Thursdays/Fridays (no arrivals on Saturdays).
Carnival: Arrival only possible Thursdays/Fridays (not Saturdays, Sundays, or Shrove Mondays).
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a 9-night booking).
Easter: Arrival not possible on Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday.
Easter: Departure not possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday.
Whitsun: Arrival Thursdays/Fridays (arrival on Whitsun Saturday is only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights).
Whitsun: Arrival/departure not possible on Whitsun Sunday!
Christmas holidays: Departure is not possible on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, or New Year's Day.

You will receive the binding total price from us with your inquiry or booking via email. When booking, you can cancel the contract upon receipt of the reservation confirmation if you do not agree to the final price.

All prices include a tourist tax of currently €2 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024).

Deposit & Payment Conditions:
A general deposit of €300 is charged for this property.

The deposit must be transferred 14 days prior to arrival, along with the final payment, and will be refunded within seven to ten business days after departure.

Payment Conditions:
· 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
· Final payment within 14 days of arrival.
· For short-term bookings less than 21 days in advance, the entire amount must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
· Cash payments on site are not accepted!
