We warmly welcome you to our cosy holiday rental, Julianna, in Odernheim am Glan.


This beautiful town is located in the Nahe wine region, which is known for its Rieslings and Burgundy varieties. There are several wineries, wine taverns, and small vineyards in and around Odernheim.


You’ll also find the ruins of Disibodenberg Abbey on a hilltop, where Hildegard von Bingen lived and worked—winegrowing was practised there from early on as well. Be sure to visit this impressive site on a lovely walk—you won’t regret it!


Not far from Odernheim lies the town of Bad Sobernheim, which is known, for example, for its open-air museum. Here you can experience the region’s historic architecture. With its thermal baths and spa facilities, Bad Sobernheim also offers the perfect setting to pamper both body and soul.


During the warmer months, we also recommend a visit to the popular barefoot trail as well as the town’s leisure and water park, which features various attractions such as a giant slide, diving platforms, a lap pool, and a large sunbathing area.


The town of Meisenheim, with its picturesque old town, is also particularly worth seeing. Don’t miss the chance to stroll through the narrow alleys past half-timbered houses and marvel at the impressive castle church.


Whether you’re planning a visit to Bad Sobernheim or Meisenheim—or perhaps both—you can easily reach these places by car, bus, bicycle, or—if you enjoy walking—on foot.


A well-maintained (bike) path—with 2 bicycles available for free use—takes you past vineyards and forests along the river, offering magnificent views and quiet spots to linger at various points along the way.
