The 190 m² country house is located in Kröslin-Freest in the Usedom Island Nature Park and offers space for up to 5 guests in 3 to 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. You have a fully equipped private kitchen with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher at your disposal. Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), private TV, washing machine, private sauna and a workspace are available. Amenities also include underfloor heating, a comfortable leather seating area with bookshelf and fireplace, as well as a collection of games for your entertainment.



Outside, a spacious private garden (2,600 m²) with large lawns and a private, partly covered terrace awaits you – ideal for quiet breakfasts, social gatherings or reading. A private barbecue is available for relaxed barbecue evenings.



Parking spaces are available at the house. Pets are welcome during your stay, but events are not permitted.



Kröslin offers numerous excursion options: At the Freest harbor, boats and fishermen travel to the Baltic Sea, including to the islands of Greifswalder Oie and Ruden. The region is known for its marina and offers a large leisure and wellness facility, small shops, a restaurant and a post office with limited shopping facilities. Nearby, beaches in Lubmin, Freest or Usedom invite you to swim. From here, you can explore Usedom, Rügen and the Western Pomeranian Lagoon Area. The bedrooms are equipped with toppers and require large fitted sheets. Check-in is usually possible from 4 p.m.; individual arrivals can be arranged directly with the hosts.
