For shared use: small garden. In the complex: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 7 km, indoor swimming pool 7 km, thermal baths "Terme di Bormio" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, chair lift 2 km. Nearby attractions: Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, Forte Venini di Oga 2.2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bormio 2000 17 km, Santa Caterina Valfurva 19 km, Livigno 35 km. Hiking paths: Croce della Reit, Val Zebrù, Sentiero Glaciologico Alto, Malga di San Colombano, Val Viola. Please note: car recommended.
