Modern 1-bedroom cottage 20 minutes south of Cape Town
Beautiful maisonette apartment in Marina da Gama. Access to the marina via a path around the house. The apartment features a modern kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A pedal boat and a stand-up paddle board are also available. There is a wooden barbecue in the garden area for cozy barbecue evenings. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Park Island, a beautiful, scenic, and family-friendly hiking trail, is within walking distance. The island is home to many native animals, including otters, chameleons, and, depending on the season, flamingos.
Marina da Gama is a suburb of Muizenberg and a gated and secure residential community near the popular False Bay beaches. Muizenberg is known, among other things, for its iconic, colorful Victorian-era beach huts on Muizenberg Surf Beach. It is about a 20-minute drive to the center of Cape Town, and the beautiful vineyards of Constantia are within sight.
