Welcome to the rooftop suite at Hotel Büttner—your stylish retreat in the heart of the Baroque mountain town of Schneeberg. Up here, on the third floor of our historic building, a very special experience awaits you: a modern boutique apartment with its own large rooftop terrace and private barrel sauna, combining historic charm with contemporary comfort.

With a spacious 65 m² of living area, the rooftop suite accommodates up to four people—ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The suite is divided into a cozy living/bedroom with a double bed and a reading nook, as well as a separate room with two single beds—perfect for children or traveling companions. The living experience is rounded out by a modern bathroom and a new, fully equipped kitchenette where you can cook to your heart’s content.

However, the heart of your stay lies outside: The rooftop terrace, spanning over 40 m², offers an unforgettable view of the Baroque St. Wolfgang Church and the city’s rooftops. Whether you’re enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, sipping a glass of wine in the evening, or working up a sweat in your very own private open-air barrel sauna—here you’ll experience tranquility, sweeping views, and a sense of freedom.
