In Chemnitz, this stylish 50 m² studio welcomes you with space for up to 2 guests in one bedroom. The bright, open-plan living, dining, and sleeping area offers comfort and a thoughtfully designed atmosphere. You will find a bathroom, private Wi-Fi, and your own workspace. The studio is barrier-free and accessible by elevator, and is furnished with great attention to detail. Towels are provided, and self check-in allows you flexible arrival times.
Enjoy your private, covered south-facing terrace with plenty of sun, weather protection, and a wide view over the rooftops. The large, covered balcony invites you to relax and linger.
Public street parking is available for you. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the apartment. Pets are welcome. Events are not permitted, and smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
You will stay within walking distance of the city center, right behind the beautiful Schlossteich and in front of the Küchwald, ideal for walks. A nearby monastery with park and restaurants as well as supermarkets offer further opportunities for enjoyment and shopping. Chemnitz awaits you with numerous cultural highlights as European Capital of Culture 2025.
A cleaning service is available on request for an additional fee. The hosts live on site, but not in the booked accommodation.
