Located in Seyne-les-Alpes, this 55 m² holiday home accommodates up to 5 people and offers mountain views with southwest exposure, ensuring sunlight all day. You have 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with bunk beds and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, video on demand, and step-free indoor access.



Enjoy your private covered terrace with table and chairs, ideal for admiring the mountain view and the sun throughout the day. The garden and outdoor pool are shared, but please note that the pool is currently closed.



You benefit from 2 shared parking spaces right in front of the chalet. Pets are allowed and parties are not permitted. Beach towels are provided for your comfort. Self check-in is possible from 4 pm thanks to a secure key box near the chalet.



The village is accessible in 5 minutes by car, supermarkets and the ski resort in 2 minutes. The Chabanon and Montclar ski resorts are 15 and 25 minutes away, and a lake is accessible in 20 minutes for various seasonal activities such as hiking. A special discount on ski equipment rental in Montclar is reserved for our guests, making this chalet an ideal place for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and tranquility in the heart of nature.
