Guided by the motto “Innovation Meets Tradition,” 27 exclusive premium chalets were built here on a sunny hillside right in the Fageralm ski area. Constructed sustainably, to the highest standards, and with great attention to detail, they combine alpine luxury, modern design, and an authentic mountain lodge atmosphere.

The chalets are located right on the ski slope—ski-in/ski-out is a given here. In winter, the ski bus stops right at the chalet village; in summer, an impressive mountain landscape opens up with countless opportunities for hiking, biking, and enjoying nature. The famous Ski World Cup resort of Schladming is only about 10 km away, and the city of Mozart, Salzburg, is about 50 km away.
