Spend a relaxing few days in our new and peacefully located holiday rental. Its central location—just a 6-minute walk from the train station—makes it the perfect starting point for interesting excursions, even without a car. Explore the UNESCO World Heritage city of Regensburg or discover the natural beauty of Eastern Bavaria—including the Upper Palatinate Lake District and the Danube, Naab, Vils, and Regen rivers—by bike or on foot. For wellness activities, the Bulmare spa offers a variety of saunas, swimming pools with massage jets, and a steam room. For children, there’s a large slide and a kids’ pool. Afterwards, head to the adjacent Starmexx adventure cinema. As an alternative, the Tegelgrube natural swimming area awaits your visit in the summer—it’s just a 15-minute walk away. Other attractions for our younger guests include the Erlebniskugel, mini-golf, a climbing park, and the Moving Ground at Steinberger See, all of which are a 14-minute drive away. The Höllohe Wildlife and Recreation Park is just an 8-minute drive away. Here, with free admission, you can feed and pet local animals. Cute goats, deer, mouflons, and ducks are waiting to be fed. The large playground is perfect for letting the kids burn off some energy, and afterwards, you can enjoy a snack outdoors or in the restaurant. In summer weather, we recommend a free swim at “Matschepark” (an adventure park featuring water, fish, and nature) at Murner Lake, which is only a 20-minute drive away. From our holiday rental, it’s about a 9-minute walk to many stores (Lidl, REWE; Aldi, Netto, Müller, AWG...) and restaurants (Nobless, Irish Pub, Akropolis, Bella Italia...). When the weather is nice, you can also relax in the garden and have a barbecue in the evening. We’re happy to provide age-appropriate toys for our younger guests. Through the entryway, you’ll enter the living room with a sofa (sleeps 2). The kitchen includes a dining table, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, cooking and baking facilities, and a dishwasher. The bedroom features a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. The bathroom features a bathtub with a rain shower. In the garden, which is part of the holiday rental, you can relax or have a barbecue as you wish. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
