The bakery and the Edeka supermarket are 190 metres away. The city park is 350 metres away, and the city centre area—with its pedestrian zone perfect for strolling or exploring a vast array of culinary options—is just 1 km away; here, joie de vivre and enjoyment come first.
We’re just a few metres from the forest, and there are beautiful hiking trails for relaxing walks.
We highly recommend the “das Blau” water park with its sauna area—it’s just a 600-meter walk away.
You’re welcome to leave your car in the large car park directly across from the house.
The Saarland is the smallest of all the German states, which also has a huge advantage.
The distances to everywhere are quite short.

Make yourself at home with us—we offer a lovingly furnished, cosy ground-floor apartment with a balcony where you can feel right at home during your holiday.
The apartment features:
1 bedroom, which sleeps 2 people in separate or joined beds for a restful night’s sleep.
1 living room for relaxing TV nights, with a sleeper sofa where up to 2 people can sleep comfortably.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you can quickly and easily whip up your favourite meals, or you can order takeaway from the pizzeria next door and enjoy a lovely evening at home or at the restaurant.
The heart of the apartment is the new bathroom with a barrier-free shower and toilet; it offers plenty of space so you can feel completely at ease.
On the balcony, you can wind down and relax as the evening draws to a close.



On-site costs: A 20% advance payment may be charged after booking.The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times may be arranged upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A sofa bed for 1–2 people can be provided upon request for a fee of €15.00 per night per person. Pets are allowed for a fee of €15 per pet per night.



Check-in is available from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
