My wife and I haven't been doing this for very long. All of our guests so far have felt right at home here.
Large living-dining area with an open kitchen. Entertainment corner with a steel dartboard, retro rally simulator, and keyboard. SMART TV with satellite, Blu-ray player, Wi-Fi, decorative fireplace with simulated flames, and a 200 x 150 sofa bed.
Kitchen with ceramic cooktop, convection oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer combo, microwave, coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, electric kettle, and hand mixer.
1 bedroom with a double bed (200x200), balcony.
1 bedroom with a cozy double bed (200x140) and a single bed (200x100), featuring a play area and a desk.
Bathroom with shower, corner bathtub, and toilet.

Please note: The apartment is not wheelchair-accessible; the living area is on the 1st floor, and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 2nd floor.

Great location in Bremen’s Neustadt district, near the Werdersee recreational area and the airport; 17 minutes by public transit to historic downtown Bremen with the Roland statue, the Town Musicians, Schnorr, and Böttcherstrasse.

We had such a nice stay. We were four young professionals going to the Space Tech Expo in Bremen. The location was good, close by the tram or bus, so we could easily get to the expo. The house was also super comfortabel, after a long day at the expo we had a good kitchen en nice couches to come back to. Also the host was also very nice and helpful, for when we had questions. Overall a very nice stay!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Fewo der Familie Luers. Dazu gibt es zu sagen:1. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich und wirklich üppig mit allem ausgestattet, was ein Urlauberherz begehren könnte, bis hin zu Büchern, Spielen, Einkaufstrolly.2. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zugewandt, interessiert und immer hilfsbereit.3. Es gibt gute Verkehrsanbindungen. Die Innenstadt ist bequem und schnell per Tram oder Bus erreichbar. 4. Für uns ein absolutes Plus: die Weser ist ganz in der Nähe und bietet für Spaziergänger und Radfahrer umfangreiche Möglichkeiten, im Grünen und am Wasser die Natur zu genießen. Unser Fazit: Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wow! Eine schöne, authentische, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in einem lebenswerten und lebendigen Viertel von Bremen! Die Altstadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und für alle, die nicht an der kleinen Weser ins historische Zentrum laufen möchten, fahren auch Busse und Bahnen nahe der Wohnung.Vom Flur bis zur Dachterrasse ist diese Wohnung top gepflegt und die Vermieter:innen sind sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert!

Es war ein phantastischer Aufenthalt bei Familie Lürs. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, hatten 2 Etagen für uns. Im 2.OG 2 Schlafzimmer und ein tolles Bad sowie eine kleine Dachterrasse. Im 1. OG ein Wohnbereich mit einer Sitzecke, einem Essbereich und einem "Spielbereich" incl. Steel Darts. Die Küche komplett ausgestattet. Reichlich Geschirr und Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen. Alles war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber, mehr als ausreichend Handtücher. Wir wurden freundlich willkommen geheißen. Sehr gerne wieder. Wenn wir mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnten würden wir das tun
