About this property
Soling - your retreat by the water in a thatched beach house
Right on the water and surrounded by nature, this thatched-roof beach house boasts a unique location. The absolute highlight is its private beach right outside the door—perfect for people who want to relax and unwind.
Of course, the Soling apartment—decorated in a charming, nautical blue-and-white theme—also offers a wonderful view of the water.
The apartment features two rooms spread over 45 m² on a single level on the ground floor of the Strandhus in Alt Reddevitz.
It consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, a dining area, and a sofa corner, all with a view of the sea.
It also features a TV, radio, telephone, and a stereo system.
The Soling apartment also features a cosy bedroom for two people, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Outdoor Facilities/Location in Town
Parking spaces are included in the rental price at no extra charge.
The wonderful tranquility of the idyllic Mönchgut Peninsula offers the perfect atmosphere for enjoying nature and participating in sports.
Nearby you’ll find picturesque fishing villages, lakes, and bays of the Bodden waters. Right next to the holiday home is the charming Café Moccavino, and various restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.
A hike along the unspoiled coastline is a truly special experience.
A popular kitesurfing spot, a large swimming pool, and a golf course are also within easy reach.
