The apartment, which measures 72 square metres in total, includes a bedroom, a large living room (originally two rooms), a kitchen, a hallway, a spacious bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, etc.
There is a washing machine and drying facilities in the basement.
