Located just 300 km from the Øresund Bridge on the beautiful island of Öland, this spacious pool house offers a serene retreat for family and friends. Suitable for all seasons, the house features a pool area with a large pool, a kid\\'s pool, a whirlpool, and an infrared sauna. For additional entertainment, there\\'s an activity room equipped with billiards, table football, a PlayStation 3, and darts. The house also boasts a well-furnished kitchen that opens up to a large dining and living area with a TV and fireplace, accommodating up to 18 people. The first floor comprises an alcove, a double bedroom, and a living room. Guests can enjoy their coffee on the expansive veranda, while children can explore the surrounding woodland plot and play on the swings. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
