You reach the apartment on the 1st floor via a small hallway. From the modern open-concept kitchen, you enter the spacious and bright living/dining area. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) as well as a second small bedroom with a sleeper sofa. This room also contains a piano. The modern bathroom features a spacious shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine. A separate guest bathroom is also available.

From the living room, you can step out onto the small balcony overlooking the Schwienau. Enjoy a few hours of sunshine here surrounded by nature.
