It consists of: Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: An open-concept space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cosy living area with a sleeper sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi. Bedroom 1: A quiet bedroom with two single beds and plenty of storage space for your clothes. Bedroom 2: Another quiet bedroom with two single beds, a desk for work or study, and a small closet for your belongings. Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a window, shower, and a storage closet. Our cosy holiday apartment is located in the heart of Schweinfurt and serves as an ideal base for exploring the city. The apartment is located at Friedrich-Stein-Str. 11, in a quiet and central location. The surrounding area offers a good mix of tranquility and proximity to the city’s main attractions and amenities. The city centre is just a few minutes’ walk away. Here you’ll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafés. The pedestrian zone is a popular meeting place for locals and tourists alike. Here you can stroll, shop, and enjoy the atmosphere. The Georg Schäfer Museum is a well-known art museum in Schweinfurt and is located near our holiday rental. The city offers several parks, such as the Rosengarten or the Stadtpark, which are ideal for walks and relaxation. The bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk away. From here, you can easily explore the city and its surroundings. There are various parking options near our holiday rental. You can either park in the public car parks in the area or in our own car park/duplex parking space (if available). This parking space is for passenger cars only (maximum length 500 cm, width 190 cm, height 150 cm). A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed.
