Welcome to Hus Rose, a cosy holiday home near Kalmar and Öland, located on the quiet outskirts of Påryd in Småland. Surrounded by greenery and only a short drive from Kalmar, the Baltic Sea and the island of Öland, the house combines a peaceful setting with easy access to many interesting excursion destinations.

The holiday home offers approximately 80 m² of living space and accommodates up to 6 guests. It is particularly suitable for families, couples or small groups.

The house offers several sleeping options. One bedroom has a double bed, while another has a single bed. An additional single bed is located in a connecting room or gallery area. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.

The cosy living area is a pleasant place to relax after a day trip or time spent outdoors. On cooler evenings, the wood-burning stove creates a warm atmosphere and adds to the authentic Swedish holiday-home feeling.

Entertainment and a reliable internet connection are also provided. High-speed fibre internet is available, as well as a Smart TV with Netflix and internet TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a dishwasher, cooker, oven and coffee machine. A modern heat pump also ensures a comfortable indoor climate.

Outside, you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Hus Rose has a large and private garden with sun loungers, barbecue and a seating area. Beneath the mature trees, you will find both sunny and shaded spots where you can spend relaxing hours outdoors.

2 bicycles are also available for small excursions in the surrounding area.

In Påryd itself, you will find Pårydsbadet, an outdoor swimming pool located only around 200 metres from the house. This makes it easy to cool off on warm summer days.

Other swimming areas and lakes are also within easy reach. Hultebrean swimming area is approximately 20 minutes away by car. If you prefer a day by the Baltic Sea, you can visit Vita Sand near Vassmolösa, where you will find a long sandy beach with a jetty and kiosk.

Kalmar is a particularly attractive destination and can be reached in around 20 minutes. Here you can visit the famous castle, stroll through the historic old town or spend time in one of the cafés and restaurants.

From Kalmar, it is only a short drive across the Öland Bridge to the island of Öland. There you can discover beaches, windmills, small villages and a unique landscape.

A day trip to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s World is also possible. The journey takes around two hours and is particularly suitable for families with children.

Hus Rose is a pet-free and non-smoking holiday home and is therefore also a good choice for guests who value accommodation without pets.

Bed linen and towels must be brought by guests.

Hus Rose is a cosy base for guests who want to experience Småland in a peaceful and nature-oriented setting while still being able to reach Kalmar, the Baltic Sea and Öland quickly.
