Adjacent is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. The living area features a large corner leather sofa, a TV with Swedish and German channels, a dining area, and a cozy fireplace. The glassed-in winter garden provides views of the lake and access to an open terrace. Additionally, an exterior building includes a living space with a sofa bed, a pantry kitchen, and a separate bedroom with two bunk beds. One bathroom is directly accessible from the master bedroom, while the other offers a shower and toilet.
