Magnificent brand-new luxury villa just 8 minutes from the beautiful Costa Blanca beach and close to the impressive Quesada golf courses. The large communal pool in front of the villa and the central Allegra pool invite guests of all ages to swim and relax. The open kitchen, spacious living room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a guest toilet ensure maximum comfort and a relaxing holiday at the highest level. On the rooftop, you’ll find a huge terrace with barbecue, outdoor kitchen with fridge, shower, and luxurious outdoor furniture. The large adjustable awning provides shade and lets you enjoy a refreshing drink while relaxing outdoors. The living room features a 55-inch UHD TV, additional flat screens in both bedrooms, and high-speed internet throughout the house.
