Cosy single-family house "Villa Gisela", 2 storeys, detached. In the hamlet Vantačići 3 km from the centre of Malinska, 10 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced) with natural garden. Barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 100 m, supermarket 3.5 km, bakery 80 m, bus stop 100 m, pebble beach 50 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 18 km from the property.
4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Partly renovated in 2025, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Bath/bidet/WC. Forced-air heating. Balcony 15 m2, terrace 20 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Very beautiful, of the sea. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
