Sauberes Haus. Moderne Einrichtung.Alle erforderlichen Haushaltsgegenstände vorhanden.Heizung ist noch optimierbar, so, dass alle Räume gleichmäßig beheizt sind.

Jeder Raum wird durch ein automatisches und intelligentes Thermostat gesteuert. Und bei Bedarf wird individuell für jeden Raum die Wunschtemperatur angepasst.
