Our spacious, family-friendly ground-floor apartment in Brilon-Hoppecke offers 105 sqm for 2 to 6 guests in a quiet yet central location. There are three bedrooms, a large living room with flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. From the living room, you have direct access to the large south-facing terrace with awning and panoramic views. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. The garden features a sunbathing lawn and barbecue area.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, electric stove with four burners, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, egg boiler, pressure cooker, and plenty of cookware and tableware.



Shops such as a butcher, Edeka supermarket, ATM, fruit and flower shop, car workshop, two Kneipp pools, playgrounds, tennis court, and indoor pool are all within walking distance.



The location is ideal for exploring the Hochsauerland’s main attractions, including Diemelsee, Rothaarsteig, Willingen, Bruchhauser Steine, Fort Fun, and one of NRW’s largest forest outdoor pools (about 5 minutes by car). Good hiking trails are nearby.



A separate WC is available. Pets are possible on request. Contractors, cyclists, and motorcyclists are welcome. A garage for storing bikes, motorbikes, prams, sledges, and skis is available free of charge. Free parking is provided at the property. Arrival times can be arranged individually.



Utilities (electricity, water, heating) are charged according to consumption. Final cleaning is optional and can be booked for an extra fee. Free transfer from Hoppecke, Brilon-Stadt, and Brilon-Wald train stations is available. A second, smaller apartment is available on request.
