The ground floor features a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable bedroom and a modern bathroom. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, both with the luxury of en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for year-round comfort. For entertaining, the underground level is an absolute treat, with a relaxation room with sauna, fitness equipment, pool table, darts and table tennis.

Outside, the fully fenced garden includes a covered terrace with barbecue, a heated swimming pool surrounded by a sea-view terrace and sun loungers, and a garage with secure parking. This place is an adventurer's paradise, with the entrance to the main climbing center of Paklenica National Park just 12 km away, and easy access to the Velebit mountain trails. Day trips to Zadar, Krka and Plitvice Lakes are all easy to do from here. For everyone's comfort, smoking is not allowed inside the property, and although we ask that groups of young people under 25 refrain from booking, we are happy to welcome well-behaved pets, with the exception of dangerous animals.
