Our cosy holiday rental offers a charming atmosphere and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment features an open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking, dining, and relaxing together. There are two bedrooms: - One bedroom with a comfortable double bed - One bedroom with two single beds, perfect for families or friends The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washing machine, and all the necessary amenities. For sunny days or cosy evenings, there’s an outdoor area with a balcony and terrace where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and wind down at the end of the day. This holiday rental is the ideal retreat for families, couples, or friends looking for the perfect combination of comfort, style, and nature. A traditional butcher shop with a hot food counter and baked goods is located about 400 metres away and is within walking distance. Hiking and biking tours throughout the region are also highly recommended. An indoor pool—or an outdoor pool in the summer—is about 3 km away. A 9-hole golf course is just a few minutes’ drive away. Restaurants, a pharmacy, supermarkets, shops, and cultural attractions can all be found in the city centre. Our cosy holiday rental is idyllically situated on the Egau River, just about 2.5 km from the centre of Dillingen an der Donau. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet surrounded by nature, yet you’re still just a short trip away from the charming old town with Dillingen Castle and St. Peter’s Basilica—not to mention the Golden Hall at the Academy for Teacher Training. The lovingly furnished apartment offers modern comforts and a magnificent view of the Egau River—ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The surrounding area offers numerous recreational opportunities: explore the DonAUwald Premium Hiking Trail, go on bike rides along the Danube, or visit LEGOLAND® Deutschland Resort in Günzburg, just a few minutes’ drive away. The house can be rented as a single unit. For bookings of up to 6 people, we can offer the holiday units combined with an apartment at a total price. Please contact us directly regarding this. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out should take place by 10:30 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A baby cot or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. Additional fees: - If the electric charging station is used, the costs will be billed separately. 0.45 EUR per kWh - A selection of drinks and snacks is available for you in the holiday rental’s refrigerator. These will also be billed separately and are not included in the rental price. Please note that we have a medium-sized dog that may be in the outdoor area of the property.
