At the foot of cross-country ski and sledding trails, with snowshoeing routes starting nearby and close to ski resorts like Serre Chevalier (Briançon 10 min), La Voie Lactée (Montgenèvre 15 min), and Névache (10 min), this apartment is perfect for mountain lovers.
We look forward to welcoming you to our new ground-floor apartment for your next holiday. The 60 m², south-facing T3 can host 4 to 5 guests and is located in the heart of the Clarée Valley, a Natura 2000 site ideal for nature enthusiasts.
The apartment features a large private entrance with ample storage, a living room with a large-screen TV, a sofa bed for 2, a fixed sofa, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, and washing machine. The toilet is separate. The first bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe; the second has two single beds and a closet. Outside, enjoy a terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, plus private parking.
An extra bedroom is available on request.
Within 10 km, you can access many outdoor sports and explore the region’s rich heritage, including the UNESCO-listed Vauban fortifications in Briançon.
