Located in Baden, Brittany, this charming 70 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a 140 cm bed; upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed that can be separated into two 80 cm singles. The well-equipped kitchen opens to a dining area and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove for winter evenings. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and barbecue.
Outside, enjoy your private garden and a west-facing shared wooden terrace. A secure shelter is available for storing bikes, motorbikes, and beach gear.
Parking includes one shared space on the property for 2 cars, plus street parking. Events are not permitted.
You’ll be in the heart of the Regional Natural Park, just minutes by car from the Gulf of Morbihan. The gulf offers coastal paths and boat trips departing from Port-Blanc, 10 minutes away. Within 5 km, you can enjoy fishing, swimming on small gulf beaches, horse riding, tennis, and golf. In winter, a basket of firewood is provided.
