Go for wonderful walks and hikes through the dense forests and along numerous lakes. Visit the Smålandet Markaryds Älgsafari safari park where, with a bit of luck, you can see moose, bison and other wild animals - a real highlight for families and nature lovers. If you're in the mood for culture and history, you can take a look at the old church in the town of Knäred and visit the historic peace stone.
