Two character group lodgings classified 4 ears Gîtes de France, located in the heart of the South West in Occitanie, close to TOULOUSE, MONTAUBAN and at the gates of the GERS.
An old farmhouse:
A first group Gite "L'Etable" with inside 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are furnished with the greatest care: bright and personalized. This large cottage with its American-style kitchen and large bay window overlooking the meadows offers comfort and conviviality. In "le Chai" there is a PRM double room with complete bathroom facilities. A capacity to accommodate up to 23 people on this first cottage.
A second group gite "Les Granges" renovated in 2024, inside 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, with its large living spaces, modern and bright, it nevertheless retains the charm of the Granges of our countryside. A large living room with open kitchen, a lounge and music area. A small, fully equipped studio with PMR bedroom on the ground floor. A total capacity for this cottage of 26 people.
The entire Estate can accommodate up to 55 people in 2 group gîtes (17 rooms) and 1 6-person yurt in its garden with full toilet facilities outside. It can be privatized from 14 rooms (40 people). The rate indicated is for 17 rooms (49 people), on request we give you the rate for 14 rooms and the supplement for the yurt.

All around the large heated swimming pool (in season), fenced to standards: deckchairs, deck chairs and parasols await you. A playground with swing and sandbox for children and a pétanque court for adults. A second covered and heated swimming pool, adjoining the Gite "Les Granges", is open all year round.

These high-end Gîtes suitable for groups are located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. You can go on hiking trails on foot or by mountain bike and discover the hilly countryside by following the many marked trails.
On site, a closed and lit leisure area with billiards, table tennis, table football, various games and an exhibition space on rural life in the past (small Museum).
