I am a native of Phoenix so I can be a good resource for information and activities. We have lived 3 miles from this house for the past 15 years, so we are readily available in case of any needs you may have.
Why they chose this property
Chandler is a beautiful part of the east valley of the Phoenix area. The stores, streets, parks and homes are all newer than in most areas of the valley and since it is newer, it is also well planned. Our home is closer in to town than most of the newer construction which adds to the convenience of the location. We are less than 2 miles from the Santan Freeway which connects you to all parts of the valley, easily. Walking distance to Hamilton High School. Close to Ocotillo for golf activities. Green belt areas a few hundred feet away in both directions for quiet walks.
What makes this property unique
The things that stand out about our home is the 9 foot ceilings, lovely furnishings, comfortable new beds, new paint and the beautifully landscaped retreat and patio in the back yard. Also an elevated herb and vegetable garden is thriving in the back yard. Asparugus, chives, mint, etc. Landscape maintenance is included. We have a dog door to the backyard for up to 40 pound 4 footed family members. Larger dogs are welcome with prior approval in signed rental agreement.
