The holiday apartment in a detached holiday house in a quiet location on the south slope of Eben offers an unobstructed view of the fabulous mountain world and of Eben.

Its 95m² provide a big, comfortable living and dining room with a built-in kitchen, a tiled fireplace stove, two bedrooms, two WCs and a bathroom. The fully furnished apartment also has satellite TV, a radio and a CD player. A travel cot and a highchair are available for toddlers. Pillows, duvets and covers are provided, please bring your own hand towels and tea towels. The tiled fireplace stove with the firewood provided can be used for heating alongside the central under-floor heating. The kitchen is equipped with a tableware, cookware, a fondue and raclette set, a stove and oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. The basement has a sauna for three to four people, as well as a table tennis table, exercise machines and another TV, a washing machine and a dryer.

The apartment has a big, furnished balcony. Children can play safely around the house, as it is not on a through road. A mountain bike and a road bike are available for use. You can hire winter sports equipment, other bicycles and e-bikes locally. The centre is about a ten-minute walk away. The house is located very centrally in the Amade sports world and is ideal for a beautiful winter holiday. The Monte Popolo ski resort (Reitlehen cable car) is 800 metres away and you can get there on skis. The cross-country skiing trail is 100 metres away. Flachau is 6km away, Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee 18km, Reiteralm 18km, Schladming 25km, Dachstein cable car 25km. The neighbouring localites 4km away have thermal baths with giant slides and sauna landscapes, as well as a climbing park and a summer toboggan run. In the summer months you can walk to the bathing lake in Eben and the tennis courts in about 15 minutes. You can go on hikes and mountain biking tours straight from the house. The popular hiking regions of the Dachstein mountains, the Radminger and Schladmingertauern are easy to get to by car. Salzburg is 60km away, Lichtensteinklamm 30 km, the Radstadt golf course 7 km and the Dachstein cable car 20 km.
