The property is just 300 metres from the nearest beach and it is just 300 metres to the village centre.

The apartment has been completely renovated and can accommodate two to four people. The rooms on the first floor comprise 25m² of living space. The living room-kitchen consists of a sitting area with a sofa and a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver. Next to the sofa there is the dining space with a table and four chairs. There is an adjoining kitchen, equipped with an electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with a shower. A curved wooden stairway leads up to the second floor of 35m², which has a 25m² air conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and an 8m² gallery with two single beds for children (90 x 200cm), as well as a small 2m² balcony with a view of the village.

The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children. The shared, well-tended garden is for the use of all guests. There is plenty of space to play or simply to relax in the shade or in the sun. There is a barbecue, so you can grill and sit together. The apartment has a 10m² balcony, which is on the first floor and is furnished with a table and four chairs. There are also parking spaces on site.

It is only 300 metres to the nearest beach (pebble, stone and concrete). Within a kilometre you can find a variety of beaches, including ones suitable for children. It is about 300 metres into the centre with several restaurants and shops. A supermarket is located approximately 250 metres away. You can enjoy a range of sports and entertainment, including water sports, tennis and well-signposted cycle paths.

You can go on a wide range of trips, for example from the nearby Vrsar, where Casanova stopped twice, via Poreč, with its magnificent mosaics in the Euphrasius basilica, to Grožnjan, the artists’ town, or Rovinj, the so-called “little Venice”, or Pula with its imposing Roman amphitheatre.
