Our holiday flat "Waldstein Terrassen" is located on the first floor of a holiday home. The quiet terraced house is located in the old town centre of Weißenstadt am See. Shopping facilities such as butchers and bakers as well as countless restaurants, ice cream parlours etc. are within walking distance. The spa centre is just a few minutes' walk away via the footpath along the lake. An e-charging station is located on the other side of the street, just a 2-minute walk away. Our flats are all equipped with solid wood furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, etc. Of course, there is also a large fridge with freezer compartment.

Our holiday flats are all furnished with high-quality Franconian solid wood furniture. The upscale country house style furnishings range from the kitchen to the furniture to the attention to detail in the flat. All towels, bed linen, tea towels and extra blankets are of course included.
The flat has a large master bedroom with a double bed, Smart TV and numerous free TV programmes from Amazon and Ko. Of course, our "Alexa" rounds off the programme and provides you with all information such as weather, events, opening times, etc. on request. An additional children's room with a single bed also provides you with the necessary space for your little ones on holiday and corresponding peace and quiet in the evening hours for togetherness. In addition, the couch in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed which creates another two sleeping places.
Our bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Plates, glasses, kitchen utensils, cutlery, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc. are ready for you.

The roof terrace belonging to the flat is located in the rear courtyard and offers you peace and relaxation. The roof terrace is accessible via the public corridor and, like the garden, is a public area.
Additional sun loungers, a gas barbecue and seating areas are available for you in the garden of the house.
There is a charging station for electric cars just 60 metres away.

Bicycles are available for you in the garden shed.

Weißenstadt is always worth a visit. Whether you like hiking, cycling or simply want to relax in the thermal baths.
The lake, which is within walking distance, provides refreshment in the summer months. Boat hire, surf schools, dog beach etc.
The winter sports area Mehlmeisel or the Ochsenkopf are only a few minutes away by car.

For insurance reasons and for your and our safety, the public area is under video surveillance.
The visitor's tax may be charged on site!
