The modern apartment house with a total of six holiday apartments is located in Grebaštica, a picturesque coastal town in the vicinity of Sibenik. It is in a great position for a family vacation as it is only approximately 250 m away from the beach. The house is in a quiet setting along a not-often used road.Only recently (2016) modern and comfortably refurbished holiday apartments within walking distance to the sea, with a leafy communal garden and terrace

The apartment benefits from two private balconies, one facing south, another, smaller one facing north. Downstairs the garden area is equipped with garden furniture and a garden booth with a large table where you can enjoy shared meals. The property is suitable for children.

This apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate four persons. It is about 38 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, filter coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower.

The house is in the middle of Dalmatia. Grebastica is a little quiet place, we have beautiful beaches suitable for children. Nearby are two national parks, Krka and Kornati. You should definitely visit these two old Croatian towns: Sibenik and Trogir. In Šibenik we have the Cathedral of St. James and the fortress of St. Nicholas under the protection of UNESCO.

Table tennis and table soccer are offered free of charge.
