Our village Arnbruck with the surrounding districts has 1800 inhabitants and lies directly under the Kaitersberg massif. Arnbruck is the ideal starting point in summer with a large network of hiking trails and excursion destinations, and in winter to the nearby winter sports and ski lift facilities. Have fun in this stylish accommodation, whether as a family, with friends or just the two of you, if you prefer large rooms and two bedrooms. The flat is called "Zirbe" because it is furnished with Swiss stone pine wood in the bedrooms, the perfect basis for a dreamy sleeping environment. A private infrared sauna and a whirlpool bath also ensure a wellness holiday and stress relief within your own four walls! We have furnished this flat with lots of love and wood in a traditional Bavarian modern style with matching furniture, crockery and accessories. The open-plan living room is furnished with a comfortable pull-out sofa, wing chair and footstool, a cosy reading corner by the electric fireplace, a 65-inch flat-screen TV and a bar where you can also work with your laptop. The cosy dining area is furnished with a large dining table, 6 chairs and a display cabinet filled with crockery and glasses. A modern kitchenette fully equipped with pots and pans and appliances is of course also included. Both bedrooms have direct access to their own bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool bath, shower, washbasin and WC. The other bathroom has a large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, bath towels and small toiletries for first-time use. In one bedroom there is a motorised adjustable double box-spring bed and a carpenter-made loft bed measuring 80x190cm. The second bedroom has two single box-spring beds, an additional 55-inch flat-screen TV and space for a king-size bed. You have direct access from the living room to your balcony, which is currently furnished with a rustic wooden table set made by a carpenter and a lounge corner. A free parking space is directly in front of the staircase, if more cars belong to the flat, there is another large free car park around the corner of the house. An open outside steel staircase leads to the front door, which you share with us landlords, many dogs do not go outside stairs with open steps, so please pay attention when booking this flat. The 5*star holiday flat Orchidee on the ground floor is almost the same size, and only accessible with 7 stone steps, this would then be a good alternative!
