From the living room you can access the terrace with beautiful garden furniture and the garden with a side view of the Baltic Sea. From the private garden and the flat, guests have direct access to the beach promenade and the beach.

This flat is located on the ground floor of the beach house. The flat for four to six people with a living space of 87 m² is furnished to a very high standard with selected designer furniture and has three rooms. In the 34 m² living room with Sony flat-screen TV and open-plan kitchen, you can relax after an eventful day. The sofa bed (180 x 200 cm) offers the option of an extra bed for two people. High-quality Siemens appliances and a fully equipped kitchen make cooking on holiday a pleasure. The dining table is located directly in front of the kitchenette. You can sleep soundly in the two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm wide). The modern daylight bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC ensures a lively start to the day. There is also a separate guest WC. The floors of the holiday flat are made of high-quality oak parquet.

The beautiful beach promenade and the local sights of Binz are just a stone's throw away.
