The holiday home is ideal for holidaymakers who are looking for peace and relaxation and want to spend their holidays close to the sea and beach.
Garonnette 5 can accommodate up to four people. It has a master bedroom with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m) and a children's room with a bunk bed (2x 0.90 x 1.90 m). The kitchen is fully equipped. The living-dining room has a cosy couch (extendable 1.4 x 1.9 m), as well as satellite TV and music player. The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet. The small villa is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. A parking space is available for holiday guests. Enjoy the wonderful garden (fenced) and the adjoining terrace with barbecue. Other sports and leisure facilities: There is a restaurant and a supermarket ("SPAR" market) in the immediate vicinity. If you want a fresh French croissant or baguette for breakfast every day, you can get one just round the corner on foot. There is a "Petit Casino" in the centre of Les Issambres, which is about one kilometre away. Holidaymakers will find larger shopping centres in the small town of Sainte Maxime and in Fréjus, which is not far away.
Excursion options: Younger guests can also enjoy various attractions. Aqua Land with its various water slides and wave pool is just a few kilometres from the residence. In the direction of St Tropez there is also a park with various bouncy castles where children can spend their time. Our sporty guests also have the opportunity to practise various sports in the immediate vicinity. The Ste Maxime golf course can be reached in about 10 minutes. Horse lovers can also pursue their hobby in the neighbourhood. There is also a tennis court within easy reach and, of course, water sports enthusiasts will not miss out either. Windsurfing is possible on numerous beaches in the area (e.g. directly in front of the house on the beach of "La Garonette"). Kitesurfers can reach the kite zone on the beach of "St Aygulf" within approx. 10 minutes. There are also various beaches where you can hire a jet ski and take it out to sea. If you prefer to do your laps on the go-kart track, you don't have to travel far for that either. This is just an exemplary list of various leisure activities in the area. There are also two amusement parks with various courses, an outdoor paint ball course, various mini golf courses, etc., which can be visited as required.

During the summer months, for example, there are regular outdoor concerts by renowned musicians, which can be attended by everyone free of charge. There are also daily weekly markets at various locations in the Ste Maxime region, where you can buy everyday items as well as Provençal specialities. The town of Ste Maxime and numerous Provençal villages in the surrounding area also have a lot to offer in terms of culture. For example, a visit to the castle of Grimaud or St. Tropez (travelling by boat or car) is highly recommended. A boat trip through Port Grimaud ("Little Venice") is also a welcome change from a day at the beach.
