Our huge, private, family apartment-penthouse is located in the DIUNE Hotel***** & Resort complex. The main advantage of this facility is its location and the exceptional standard of furnishings. The complex is located in the spa part of the city, in a zone closed to car traffic, directly in the Seaside Park, just 50m from the wide, beautiful sandy beach. If you like peace and quiet, direct contact with nature, and at the same time do not want to give up everyday luxury and comfort - this is the perfect place for you. These are flats in Kołobrzeg, but at the same time outside the hustle and bustle of the city - resort. The DIUNE Hotel***** & Resort complex is located in the first line of the coast, right by the promenade, which you can use to get to the amphitheatre, pier and harbour, and by the bicycle path, which you can use for tens of kilometres, both to the east and to the west. Our largest, luxurious, private apartment-penthouse DIUNE D403A located in the DIUNE Hotel***** & Resort complex was created by combining 2 smaller flats, so it is one of the largest flats in the property. It is located in the most attractive part of DIUNE Hotel***** & Resort, because it is on the 4th floor of the building, which is directly adjacent to the promenade. Depending on the season, our flat and terrace have a beautiful view of the promenade, the sea and the Seaside Park. The windows face north. The special character of this flat is given by the finishes of brands such as Muuto Under The Bell, Gubi, Designer Guild, etc. The flat is air-conditioned. Our guests can use the restaurant, café and aquapark located in the hotel for a fee. Parking spaces are located on the premises (28 spaces free of charge for residents of the flats on a first-come, first-served basis), as well as parking spaces and an underground garage - additionally payable at the hotel.Use of the swimming pools, saunas, jacuzzi is at an extra charge.

- Dining room connected to the living room, which has a large oak table with chairs for 8 people, a huge standing mirror and a stylish large refrigerator by SMEG
- Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, professional oven, toaster, Tchibo pressure coffee machine (15bar), tableware, pots, cutlery etc.
- Bedroom 1 with a large double bed (180cmx220cm) with a set of professional hotel damask bedding, wardrobe for clothes; all one wall, is glass (windows overlooking the sea and the promenade) - north side;
- Bedroom 2 with an "airport" bed (270cmx220cm) for the whole family e.g. 2+2; there are 2 wardrobes in the bedroom
- Bathroom, in which there is a large shower cubicle without thresholds, 2 washbasins, large mirror, WC, hairdryer, cotton towels;
- a large balcony-terrace with a swinging Bubble-chair, a table with three chairs, a sofa for relaxation of 160cm x 220cm; in summer many guests spend the night on this sofa (the sound of the sea, seagulls singing, sunrise over the sea without moving from the comfortable bed in the morning breeze, etc.).
- In addition, the flat has beach equipment (deckchairs, screen), iron and ironing board.
