Approx. 35m2, with 1 separate bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, WC, window, washbasin, safe, cable flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen-living room (ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and all cooking and eating utensils), dining table, very bright living room with comfortable seating area (1 additional sleeping possibility). The flat is on the 2nd floor. A set of bed linen and towels are of course provided.
