It is an autonomous house, with its own independent entrance and outside spacious reed-shaded sitting area, offering a unique “on-the-sea”, feet –in-the-water vacation experience and a high level of privacy, a reason why it remains a favorite among our seasoned guests. Not suitable for families with children under 4. Equipment: 32” LCD HD TV, DVD, mini Hi-Fi, ceiling fans in all rooms, quality bedroom anatomic mattresses, kitchen with quality appliances by NEFF & BOSCH, refrigerator, oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, blender, coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster, solar water heater, vacuum cleaner, clothes washer (shared), outside shower (shared), water softener. 1 GB wifi per week. Outside: 70 sq meters of reed-shaded terrace in the garden with sea view, teak wood outside furniture, sun/lounge chairs, American gas-lava rock outside BBQ, open air parking, succulent/ Mediterranean garden.

Access from Athens and its airport is easy, swift (door to door in two hours). 1 km to tavernas and shopping as well as organized beach , 3 km to watersports beach

Secluded beach with reed umbrellas. Due to the remote location of our villas, a car is absolutely necessary. We highly recommend an all terrain 4X4 or SUV vehicle to access the villas and to explore the island. We will provide schedules, make the ferry boat reservations for you, both for the persons and the car.
